IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WITHIN A STATE THAT HAS AMMUNITION SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS, THE PURCHASER MUST CONTACT A FEDERALLY LICENSED DEALER AND HAVE THE LICENSE INFORMATION SENT TO contact@iccammo.com . THE AMMUNITION MUST BE SENT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE FEDERAL LICENSE AND THE PURCHASER IS REQUIRED TO FOLLOW ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE AMMUNITION AT THAT LOCATION. ORDERS TO STATES WITH THESE RESTRICTIONS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL A COPY OF THE LICENSE IS RECEIVED.  PLEASE REFERENCE THE PURCHASER'S NAME WITH THE FFL COPY.

 Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to purchase shotgun or rifle ammunition. Purchaser must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition.  Purchaser must also verify that they are legally permitted to purchase and possess this ammunition.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm that you are following all shipping regulations of the state in which you are receiving ammunition, of legal age and are not legally prohibited from purchasing ammunition.
